It started with a strawberry Marguerite cupcake in the Chicago bakeshop in early 2011. One bite and Poché Reynolds knew she didn’t just want to eat great desserts, she wanted to create them.

After relocating to South Bay, she talked her husband into a high-end mixer (with the promise she’d actually use it) and never looked back. What started as a passion quickly became a craft, and that craft became Mad Delectables.

Thirteen years and countless delicious bakes later. Poché brings that same intentionality to every order, whether it’s a custom cake for a wedding, a dessert spread for a corporate event, or a box of Brown Butter Bliss that people are still talking about weeks later. Every bite is made with care, precision, and a deep love for the art of flavor.

Mad Delectables isn’t just a dessert business. It’s an experience — grown, indulgent, and made to leave an impression.
